Dipslide procedure
Dip, incubate and compare.

Dip or contact
For liquid samples, immerse the media surfaces for approximately 20–25 seconds using a clean container where necessary. For surfaces, follow the contact method in the instructions.

Incubate
Return the slide to its sterile container and incubate under the temperature and duration stated for the product.

Read
Compare visible growth with the supplied density chart and record the result.
Pouch-pack procedure
Prepare, add sample and observe.
STEP 1
Open carefully
Wash hands, prepare a clean work area and cut open the media pouch carefully.
STEP 2
Add media and sample
Transfer the media and sample into the supplied bottle according to the product instructions.
STEP 3
Incubate and observe
Maintain the stated conditions and evaluate the specified colour or visual change.
